practice, with experience in legal research, legal opinion preparation, contract analysis and drafting,
and litigation and non-litigation document preparation. She is experienced in conducting comprehensive
reviews of laws and regulations and providing strategic support in case management, including mediation
and court administrative coordination.

He has internship experience at Nurjadin Sumono Mulyadi & Partners (NSMP) and Munde Herlambang &
Partners (MHP). During this experience, Vincent Hermawan was involved in assisting with civil cases,
contract reviews, legal research, and handling Suspension of Debt Payment Obligations (PKPU) cases.

Business. She has experience working as a Japanese interpreter during her career in Indonesia, spanning

Japanese language teaching.
